Your plan today
Here's where your continuity plan stands and what's waiting for you.
First, tell us about
There are 14 short sections, about 30 minutes in all, and your answers save as you go. Kersey Consulting then writes your risk register and continuity plan from your answers. It appears here for you to check and approve.
Until then, the Emergency page has the national emergency numbers.

Set up your plan
14 short sections, about 30 minutes in all, then an optional 15-minute call with Kersey for anything unclear. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Check your highest risks
We scored these from your answers. Confirm each one. If a score looks wrong, change it and tell us why. Score is likelihood × impact, each from 1 to 5.
What can't stop

Single points of failure
Things the activities above rely on that have no backup yet.
Future additions
What your plan says will be added in later versions. These are planned, not missing by mistake.
How these get signed off
At your in-person review with Kersey (next one by ), you and Kersey agree which additions are done and written into the plan. The updated plan is then uploaded here, and each addition that is now in the plan moves off this list.
Planned for later versions
From "What's in this edition": later editions will add these.
